Provide professional customer care and administrative support by handling customer requests, assisting with enquiries, supporting engagement activities, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and assist with customer requests and enquiries
• Provide professional and timely customer support
• Support customer engagement events and activities
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer needs
• Maintain accurate customer information and records
• Follow up on customer requests and provide appropriate assistance
• Perform other customer service and administrative duties as required

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Customer Service, Administration, or a related field
• Customer service or administrative experience is an advantage
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills
• Good organizational and coordination abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team

Pay: $2,700.00 - $3,500.00 per month
