Role Responsibilities
LiveCommerce Entertainment – a B2B Marketplace connecting Brands and Live Streamers to Start Live Selling on FB and IG Live. Live selling on FB/IG became a new way for people to stay engaged and entertained as they tuned in to Live Selling shows and connected and bonded with other viewers and hosts of the live shows.

We aim to build a B2B marketplace platform for brands and Live streamers that will dominate social commerce in Asia. Report to: Channel Manager
Location: Singapore & Overseas
Role Responsibilities
- Support Channel Manager to manage/create and grow our brand channel.
- To provide administrative support to live-streamers during their live shows with customer support and payments administration.
- Establish clear brand channel strategy and positioning and marketing of the channel using FB and IG or other social media.
- Travelling for overseas streams.
- Planning calendar of sales events (Special stream or events).
- Support end to end operations and logistics and fulfilment for the brand channel.
- Posting and planning of social media contents.
- Review and analyse live stream data.
- Doing up daily/ weekly/monthly reports and KPI for the channel.
- Reconcile and prepare of delivery reports after livestream shows.
- Support sourcing new Merchants and live streamers.
- Merchants & Streamers Management.
- Customer Service.
- Other tasks as assigned by the hiring manager.
