Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve company sales targets.
- Identify new customers and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Handle customer enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Monitor daily and monthly sales performance.
- Prepare sales reports and provide updates to management.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure customer requirements are fulfilled.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitors and market trends.
- Support promotional and business development activities.
- Handle customer feedback and assist in resolving sales-related issues.
- Perform other sales and operational duties assigned by management.
- Must be willing to work on rotational shifts and split shifts (break duty) according to the company’s operational requirements.
- Must be flexible with working hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.
- Shift schedules and break-duty timings may vary according to business requirements.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and customer-service skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Good organizational and reporting skills.
- Previous sales or business development experience is preferred.
