Responsibilities
- Supervising dailyoperations of organization.
- Develop productive,profitable and achievement oriented working environment for employees.
- Responsible for ontime deliverables to customers.
- Address operationalissues and concerns from main contractor and customer in a timely fashion.
- Superviseoperations team to ensure operational excellence and excellent customerservices.
- Educate operationsteam on best practices, company policies and service excellence standards.
- Develop andmaintain operational guidelines for staffs.
- Oversee operationalcost, risk and audit activities.
- Assist ininterviewing, recruiting, training, performance evaluation, promotion andtermination activities.
- Determine staffingrequirements, work assignment and schedules for new projects.
- Maintain thefacility clean, safe and organized.
- Evaluate inspectionreports and service tickets and prepare repair invoices.
- Coordinate withGeneral Manager in different operational issues and promotional activities.
- Able to arrange andcomplete the deliverables, in case of any vehicle breakdown or anyinterruptions in the operations.
- Evaluate currentoperational strategies and recommend improvements.
