About the Role:
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Inventory Manager / Leader to oversee and manage our inventory operations for our phone casing and mobile accessories business.
This role is responsible for ensuring accurate stock records, smooth stock movement and proper inventory control across our retail and wholesale operations. The successful candidate will lead the inventory team, monitor stock levels and discrepancies, and work closely with Operations, Printing, Creative, Customer Service and related department to ensure to ensure inventory is well-managed, properly coordinated and able to support daily business operations efficiently.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, analytical and hands-on, with strong leadership and problem-solving skills. You should be comfortable managing daily inventory activities, coordinating across departments and ensuring smooth and accurate inventory operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily inventory activities, including receiving, issuing, transfers, returns and stock adjustments.
- Ensure accurate inventory records and stock movements in the Company's system.
- Monitor stock levels by product, SKU, phone model, colour, design and category.
- Conduct regular stock counts and investigate stock discrepancies.
- Monitor fast-moving, slow-moving, overstocked and ageing inventory, and highlight risks to Management.
- Coordinate stock requirements and allocation for retail outlets and wholesale operations.
- Ensure proper stock transfers, storage, labelling and handling of inventory.
- Work closely with Operations, Printing, Creative, Customer Service and related departments on inventory and stock-related matters.
- Prepare regular stock movement, variance, ageing and inventory reports.
- Monitor damaged, defective, missing and obsolete stock and ensure proper follow-up.
- Implement and improve inventory control procedures to minimize stock loss and operational errors.
- Lead, supervise and guide inventory team members, including task assignment, performance monitoring and SOP compliance.
- Train staff on inventory procedures, stock handling and system usage.
- Resolve or escalate inventory issues and discrepancies to Management when required.
- Support Management in improving inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Inventory Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in inventory, warehouse, logistics or stock management.
- Experience in retail or wholesale operations is preferred.
- Experience managing high-SKU inventory is an advantage.
- Experience in phone accessories, consumer electronics, FMCG or similar industries is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of inventory control, stock reconciliation and warehouse processes.
- Experience with AutoCount or other inventory, ERP or accounting systems is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Able to lead, supervise and motivate a team.
- Responsible, disciplined and able to enforce Company SOPs.
- Able to adapt to new systems and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
