Position Overview

The Vice President of Global Operations (VP Operations) is a senior executive responsible for leading Season Group’s operational performance across manufacturing, operations execution, quality, engineering, and continuous improvement.

This role ensures that operations are scalable, efficient, and aligned with the company’s strategic objectives, delivering consistent performance in cost, quality, safety, and service. The VP Operations works closely with the executive leadership team to translate business strategy into disciplined operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Operational Leadership

• Define and execute the company’s operations strategy in alignment with Season Group’s overall business goals.

• Partner with the CEO and executive team to support growth, margin improvement, and operational scalability.

• Establish clear priorities, performance expectations, and accountability across all operational functions.

Manufacturing & Operations Management

• Oversee day-to-day operational execution to ensure efficiency, reliability, and consistency.

• Drive improvements in productivity, capacity utilization, labor efficiency, and cost control.

• Standardize processes, systems, and performance metrics across all operational sites.

Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement

• Champion continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar methodologies.

• Identify and eliminate waste, inefficiencies, and operational bottlenecks.

• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve throughput, quality, and overall operating margins.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure operations meet all regulatory, customer, and internal quality standards.

• Promote a strong culture of safety, operational discipline, and risk management.

• Lead audits, corrective action programs, and continuous quality improvement efforts.

Financial & Performance Management

• Own operational budgets, forecasts, and cost structures.

• Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to efficiency, yield, quality, and cost.

• Support capital planning, equipment investments, and facility optimization initiatives.

People & Culture Leadership

• Build, develop, and lead high-performing operations leadership teams.

• Establish strong performance management, talent development, and succession planning practices.

• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

• 12+ years of progressive operations leadership experience, including senior leadership responsibility.

• Proven experience leading complex, multi-site manufacturing or operational environments.

• Strong track record of driving operational efficiency, cost improvement, and performance transformation.

• Solid financial acumen with experience managing operating budgets and capital expenditures.
