Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan, schedule, and implement the approach to acquiring retail accounts relevant to our business

Suggest and propose new ideas and initiatives to management

Providing quality training to front-line staff, review statistic and identifying business opportunities and performance improvements. Regular training and store visits

Able to Build multi-level relations with Finance, Operations, Marketing, Training, IT teams

Improve merchants’ knowledge to ensure retention

Requirements:
Strategic thinking and analytical abilities

Retail experience preferred

Self-driven with outgoing personality

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
