· Perform incoming inspection according to the approved Control Plan, Inspection Standard, Engineering Drawing, Specification, and Work Instruction.

· Verify incoming material/part number, quantity, lot/batch number, supplier information, and relevant supporting documents.

· Perform sampling inspection according to the approved Sampling Plan and acceptance criteria.

· Ensure inspection equipment and measuring instruments are suitable for use and within valid calibration.

· Identify, record, and report any incoming material/part quality issues to the relevant department for disposition.

· Encode and update shipment details accurately in the MES system.

· Prepare and verify shipment labels and Delivery Order (DO) according to customer and company requirements.

· Perform final packing according to the approved Packaging Specification and Work Instruction.

· Verify shipment quantity, part number, lot/batch traceability, labeling, packaging, and required documentation prior to shipment.

· Coordinate and arrange delivery of finished goods to customers according to the approved shipment schedule.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
