Responsibilities
Our client, a children’s coding and robotics enrichment provider, is looking for an Enrolment Sales Executive to manage the parent enrolment journey from initial enquiry through to payment and enrolment.
This is a sales focused, parent facing role. The main focus is engaging parents, following up leads consistently, recommending suitable programmes and converting enquiries into enrolments. Marketing is a secondary coordination responsibility.
What you’ll do
Engage parents, understand their children’s needs and recommend suitable programmes.
Conduct consultations and centre tours, address questions and close enrolments.
Follow up enquiries consistently and manage each lead through the enrolment journey.
Coordinate teacher assessments and the required parent follow up.
Maintain accurate lead stages, next actions and conversion records in the EduX CRM. Prior EduX experience is not required.
Track sales activity, pipeline progress, conversions, targets and feedback from parents.
Plan the content calendar and coordinate with a remote graphics resource so posts, emails and deadlines are completed.
Use Canva for basic content edits where required.
Support other reasonable duties in a small team environment.
What we’re looking for
Around 2 years of relevant experience in consultative sales, enrolment sales or another customer facing sales role is preferred.
Experience following up leads and converting enquiries into sales or paid enrolments.
Strong spoken and written English for clear, professional communication with parents.
Persistent follow up, sound organisation and comfort working towards sales targets.
Good computer literacy and the ability to learn a CRM system quickly.
Basic Canva or social content coordination experience is useful but not essential.
Education or enrichment experience is useful but not compulsory.
A diploma or equivalent practical experience. Strong, relevant sales results may outweigh formal qualifications or length of experience.
Able to work full time on site, including Saturdays, and rotate between centres on an advance roster.
Work arrangement
Full time and on site.
4 weekdays from 11am to 8pm.
Saturday from 9am to 5pm.
Sunday is not required. The exact weekday off will be confirmed.
Main base is in the Canberra area for approximately 75% of the time.
The remaining time is rostered at 2 other centres in the East and Northwest, with advance notice.
Salary
$2,800 to $3,500 monthly, depending on relevant experience and demonstrated sales ability.
Direct hire. The successful candidate will be employed directly by the hiring company. No agency fees or salary deductions apply to candidates.
