Job Responsibilities

• Drive sales of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, focusing on CRM and sales-related business solutions.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking and customer engagement.
• Understand customers’ business requirements and recommend suitable Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, qualification and proposal through negotiation and closing.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and solution discussions with customers and stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners and key decision-makers.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements

• 3+ years of sales experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, CRM solutions, SaaS or enterprise software.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales / CRM and its business applications.
• Proven track record in B2B technology / enterprise solution sales.
• Experience managing the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Experience working with Microsoft partners, system integrators or enterprise customers is an advantage.
