Responsibilities
Working hour
Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30am to 6:00pm
Fridays: 9.00am to 6.00pm
Key Roles
Handle phone calls, record phone logs, take messages
Manage counter duties and attend to students, parents, walk-in visitors
Perform admin work (photocopying, filing, data entry)
Respond to enquiries and provide general information
Attend to goods delivery and assist with office admin
Care for unwell students with basic assistance
Conduct daily wipe-down of front counter
Support school staff, events, and activities
Attend to late-coming/early-leaving students
Handle lost and found items and mails
Maintain cleanliness of Reception and Sick Bay
Manage stock of spare uniforms
Any other duties assigned
Qualifications
Minimum GCE "N" Level
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good customer service skills
Proficient in MS Office
Basic first aid knowledge
