Customer Service Executive

Company: Freight Forwarding

(Renumeration: Between $2600 to $3200 ) – depending on experience.
Working location: 115 Airport Cargo Rd, Singapore 819466
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Scope
- To assist in the CS Department, reporting to the Team Manager.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Must have a passion for learning and be willing to take on assigned tasks.
- Some knowledge of air and sea logistics is an advantage.
- Handle all bookings for both air and sea shipments.
- Liaise with air and sea carriers.
- Liaise with customers on shipment-related matters.
- Handle sea freight documentation, including bookings, Bills of Lading (B/L), and other relevant documents.

Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level.
- Able to communicate effectively in written and spoken English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and email correspondence.
