Responsibilities
Roles & Responsibilities:
Maintenance Support to Fleet Owners/PTOs for the eBuses/Truck:
To attend on-site depot field services together with technician
Coordinate with customers to attend vehicle breakdown
Provide engineering and technology support to customers
Identifying and solving electrical and mechanical problems that may arise in electric vehicle systems.
Update customers on vehicle repair status
Cost analysis and component replacement trends
Recommend critical spare parts for stock up to Warehouse Executive
Update vehicle maintenance & repair history records
Documenting and presenting design, simulation, and test results to stakeholders and team members.
2. Customer Relation Management:
Maintain good working relationship with all fleet customers
Attend monthly meetings with customers and authority to address outstanding issues
3. Workplace Safety & Health:
Complying with safety regulations and standards when working in workshop and on-site
Trained in Work-At-Height/Lifting Supervisor will be advantage
Ensure proper 5S Housekeeping for workshop
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Power Engineering or a related field.
3+ years of experience in Automotive Industry.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proven experience as an Electric Vehicle Engineer or a similar role in automotive engineering.
Strong knowledge of electric vehicle systems and technologies.
