Responsibilities

Job Summary

Coordinate and manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, payroll verification, employee records, onboarding/offboarding, and employee support to ensure compliance and smooth HR processes.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding within approved headcount and salary controls to ensure timely hiring.
  • Maintain accurate employee files, contracts, acknowledgements, leave, attendance, training, and probation records for compliance and audit readiness.
  • Prepare and independently verify payroll inputs, overtime, claims, and employee-master changes before submission to Finance to ensure payroll accuracy.
  • Administer onboarding, offboarding, access requests, clearance, work-pass records, and statutory employment documentation to maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain HR trackers, training matrices, policy acknowledgements, organizational records, and audit-ready evidence to support HR operations.
  • Provide first-line employee support by confidentially recording grievances or concerns and escalating conflicts impartially to appropriate parties.
  • Collaborate directly with CEO, Finance, HSE, department heads, and employees to facilitate transparent communication and avoid information silos.

Required competencies and certifications

  • Practical knowledge of Employment Act, CPF, leave policies, payroll inputs, work-pass administration, and employee lifecycle controls to ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws.
  • Strong confidentiality, sound judgment, disciplined documentation, and impartial handling of sensitive employee matters.
  • Competence in Microsoft Excel, HRIS/digital records management, document control, and evidence-based follow-through to support HR processes.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on HR operations or HR generalist experience in Singapore.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to support organizational goals.
