Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Lead the development and execution of recruitment strategies and hiring plans in partnership with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely and effective hiring outcomes.
- Develop candidate sourcing strategies and maintain a strong talent pipeline through LinkedIn, JobStreet, and other recruitment channels.
- Partner with hiring managers on manpower planning, recruitment priorities, and workforce requirements.
- Provide recruitment insights and recommendations to support hiring decisions.
- Monitor recruitment progress, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements to the hiring process.
- Ensure onboarding and offboarding processes are coordinated effectively and completed in accordance with company procedures.
- Oversee the preparation of new joiner and resignation announcements and ensure employee records are updated accurately.
2. Internship & Graduate Talent Management
- Lead the planning and execution of internship recruitment and placement activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and other relevant institutions to support talent sourcing.
- Oversee intern selection, onboarding, attendance, allowance processing, and related documentation.
- Manage eligible internship grant applications, including LiKES, and ensure timely submission and record-keeping.
- Conduct regular intern check-ins and work with supervisors to address concerns and improve the internship experience.
- Lead intern exit evaluations and use feedback to enhance the internship programme.
- Maintain accurate internship records and ensure compliance with relevant programme requirements.
3. Employer Branding & Employee Value Proposition (EVP)
- Develop and execute employer branding and EVP initiatives aligned with the company’s talent attraction strategy.
- Lead the planning and creation of content for TikTok, LinkedIn, job portals, and other relevant platforms.
- Oversee content production, including shooting, editing, copywriting, and posting schedules.
- Ensure consistency in employer branding messaging and company representation across platforms.
- Monitor content performance and recommend improvements to increase talent attraction and engagement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and showcase employee experiences, company culture, and workplace initiatives.
4. Employee Engagement & Company Culture
- Lead the planning and execution of employee engagement and company culture initiatives.
- Oversee peer nomination and monthly employee recognition programmes.
- Plan and coordinate birthday, work anniversary, and other employee recognition activities.
- Develop initiatives that promote employee participation, collaboration, and a positive workplace culture.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of engagement programmes through participation data, feedback, and employee insights.
- Recommend improvements to strengthen employee engagement and support the company’s culture objectives.
- Support the planning and execution of annual employee engagement activities, including company events and celebrations.
- Support the development and implementation of HR processes, guidelines, and internal communications.
- Handle ad-hoc HR and administrative responsibilities as required.
5. Stakeholder Management & Continuous Improvement
- Act as a key point of contact for hiring managers and employees on assigned HR matters.
- Provide guidance and support to junior HR team members where required.
- Coordinate with Finance and other departments to ensure timely completion of HR-related processes.
- Monitor HR activities and provide regular updates to the HR Manager / Head of HR.
- Identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements to enhance HR service delivery.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure all HR activities are handled professionally and in accordance with company policies.

- Achievement of recruitment targets and hiring timelines.
- Quality of recruitment outcomes and effectiveness of talent sourcing.
- Accuracy and timeliness of onboarding, offboarding, and employee records.

Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 – 4 years of relevant experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative support.
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, internship management, and employee engagement.
- Experience in employer branding, HR communications, or EVP initiatives is an advantage.
- Experience managing HR processes independently and working with multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn and JobStreet.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant HR systems.
