Role Description The Senior Human Resources Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuala Lumpur. This role oversees end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and HR administration. The Senior Human Resources Executive partners with leadership to design and implement HR policies, compensation and benefits programs, and workforce planning initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising managers on HR matters, resolving employee concerns, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, maintaining accurate HR records, and supporting learning and development activities. The role also involves contributing to organizational culture initiatives, engagement programs, and continuous improvements in HR processes and systems.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in core HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and HR policy implementation.
  • Solid knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, regulatory requirements, and HR best practices.
  • Proven ability to partner with senior leadership, provide strategic HR advice, and support organizational change.
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse teams.
  • Demonstrated skills in HR data analysis, reporting, and use of HRIS or related HR tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain confidentiality, and exercise sound judgment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; professional HR certification is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in a senior or lead HR role, preferably within a fast-paced or growing organization.
