Job Description

Responsibilities

We are looking for an Onsite Support Engineer to provide hands-on EUS and first-line IT/OT support across business and manufacturing sites.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, hardware, printers, and peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot network, connectivity, and end-user issues.
  • Support production workstations, MES, IoT/OT devices, and manufacturing systems.
  • Handle IMACD, asset management, vendor coordination, and onsite support.


Mandatory Requirements

  • 3–8 years of End User Support / OSS experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, hardware, LAN/VLAN, TCP/IP, VPN, and ITSM tools (ServiceNow/Remedy).
  • Experience with manufacturing/industrial or IT/OT environments preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
  • Valid driving license is mandatory.
  • Ability to travel independently between nearby sites and support on-call requirements.
