If you enjoy talking to people, building relationships, and closing sales, this role is for you.

We specialize in leather restoration for luxury bags, shoes, and accessories—and you’ll be at the forefront connecting with our customers daily.

What You’ll Do

• Engage and assist customers via WhatsApp, phone calls, and email
• Provide product and service recommendations confidently
• Follow up on leads and convert enquiries into sales
• Occasionally conduct on-site visits to customers’ homes
• Work closely with the team to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements

• Friendly, outgoing, and confident in communication
• Strong interest in sales and customer service
• Self-driven and results-oriented
• Comfortable using messaging platforms and handling multiple enquiries
• Prior sales experience is a plus (but not required for the right attitude)
