Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities within targeted industries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, professional end users, facility managers, project owners, and key decision-makers.
• Leverage existing industry networks to generate qualified leads and project opportunities.
• Conduct customer visits to understand operational requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Identify upcoming projects, tenders, procurement opportunities, and potential accounts.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial presentations.
• Negotiate with customers and stakeholders to secure new accounts and projects.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Work closely with internal sales, technical, marketing, and operations teams.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Achieve business development, sales, and revenue targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of B2B Sales / Business Development experience.
• Relevant experience in OPE, professional cleaning equipment, landscaping, facility management, industrial maintenance, or related industries is highly preferred.
• Strong existing network of professional end users or key decision-makers.
• Proven experience in project-based sales and new customer acquisition.
• Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, persistent, and commercially driven.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple opportunities.
• Willing to travel for customer visits and business development activities.
