BUSINESS RELATIONS EXECUTIVE

(Education Business Development)


We are currently hiring for our Malaysia office. This position will be based in Malaysia KL and will report directly to the Business Relations Manager.


The Education Business Development Executive is responsible for driving the adoption and growth of Casio scientific and graphing calculators within the education sector in Malaysia. The role focuses on building strong relationships with schools, educators, distributors, and educational organizations, while promoting Casio products through training, workshops, marketing initiatives, and strategic partnerships.


  • Delivers presentation on Casio scientific calculators, features and benefits to existing, new and prospective clients to promote sales and market development.
  • Follow up with distributor on assigned plans for school activities and ensure actions are carried out appropriately and propose solutions for crisis management.
  • Execute marketing events involving school dealers to increase distribution points in schools.
  • Work closely with external parties for cross-branding projects.
  • Expand usage of Graphing calculators in Secondary / International Schools
  • Manage teachers who are involved in Casio’s project such as arrangement of samples, information on device functions to aid development of teaching guides or curriculum.
  • Explore collaborative opportunities with Education organizations (both government and non-government) to organize Math Competitions to encourage adoption of scientific calculators.
  • Gather market information and monitor competitor activities in education sector.
  • Collect feedback for all scientific calculator models from school dealers and retail channels to anticipate future demand
  • Propose suitable Educational Conference and Trade shows for Casio’s participation
  • Perform analytics and submit reports to Management
  • Plan, develop, and deliver online workshops and training sessions to support the adoption and effective use of Casio scientific and graphing calculators.


Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Science (majoring in Mathematics), Statistics or Engineering
  • At least 3-5 years relevant experience handling Mathematics in Education, Publisher or Editor industry
  • Good grades in Mathematics subjects
  • Knowledge of Scientific and Graphic calculator usage will be an advantage
  • Experience in creating digital content, educational videos, webinars, or online learning materials for digital platforms (e.g., YouTube, social media, learning portals).
  • Comfortable presenting on camera and conducting online workshops, webinars, or video-based educational content.
  • Willing to travel to domestic destinations upon request
