Roles and Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for the analysis and resolution of operational issues within the ads campaign lifecycle, with a focus on quality assurance and process accuracy. Your day-to-day interactions will primarily be with peers within Accenture, with regular updates provided to supervisors. You may have limited but meaningful exposure to client stakeholders and Accenture management. You will receive moderate-level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed guidance on new assignments. The decisions you make will directly impact the quality and accuracy of your own work, and may influence the output of the broader team. You will operate as an individual contributor within a collaborative team environment, with a clearly defined and focused scope of work centered on quality auditing and campaign integrity.
Daily QA Auditing & Deal Checks — Perform structured daily quality audits on active deals and ad campaigns, identifying discrepancies and flagging issues proactively to prevent operational bottlenecks across the end-to-end trafficking process.
Campaign Launch QA Support — Partner with Account Managers and internal cross-functional teams to review and validate campaign setups, ensuring all configurations are accurate and campaigns go live on the confirmed target date without errors.
Data Integrity & Tracking Maintenance — Accurately maintain and continuously update critical campaign data across relevant systems, ensuring all records reflect the most current and verified information to support reporting and audit trails.
Deal Verification & System Integration — Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams to validate deal specifics, ensuring data is accurately captured and flows seamlessly into client-facing tools with no discrepancies.
End-to-End Campaign Quality Assurance — Support the full ad campaign lifecycle by performing quality checks across ad creation, implementation, trafficking, and post-campaign reporting, ensuring adherence to operational standards and client requirements.
Process Improvement & Issue Resolution — Identify recurring operational challenges, adapt existing QA processes where needed, and propose improvements to enhance audit efficiency and overall campaign delivery quality.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Quality Assurance, Business Reporting, Governance, or a related operational role — preferably within a digital advertising or media operations environment.
Strong English proficiency, meeting a minimum of C1 level in accordance with CEFR standards, with the ability to communicate clearly in both written and verbal formats across internal and client-facing contexts.
Demonstrated attention to detail with the ability to identify data inconsistencies and errors within complex campaign or deal structures.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with the flexibility to support rotational shift arrangements.
A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in any relevant discipline.
