What you'll do as a Pharmacy Technician!

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to support daily pharmacy operations and deliver high quality, patient centered care. This role plays a key part in ensuring safe medication dispensing, operational efficiency, and positive patient experiences. You will:

• Prepare, pack, and dispense medications accurately in accordance with established standards and guidelines
• Ensure medications and dispensing consumables are regularly replenished to support smooth workflow
• Identify basic drug regimens and highlight potential drug interactions to pharmacists or prescribers
• Promptly escalate operational issues and patient feedback to the Pharmacy Executive or Pharmacists
• Provide targeted counselling to improve medication adherence and therapeutic outcome
• Supervise and provide training to new pharmacy technicians/assistant
• Assist pharmacists in simple project

What you bring

• Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or GCE ‘O’ Level with a Certified Pharmacy Technician Certification
• Good patient relations and interpersonal skills
• Good team player and self-motivated
