Senior Accounts & Admin Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and full sets of accounts, including Profit & Loss Statements and relevant financial reports.
• Support the preparation of statutory year-end financial statements and annual external audit requirements.
• Prepare monthly costing reports for individual jobsites and monitor jobsite profitability.
• Perform bank, account and GST reconciliations and provide the necessary information for GST reporting requirements.
• Monitor cash flow and ensure timely processing and payment of invoices, bills, expenses, petty cash reimbursements and staff claims.
• Handle customer billing, including preparation of invoices and follow-up on outstanding payments.
• Assist in the preparation, monitoring and management of the Company’s budgets.
• Organize and maintain proper corporate, accounting and finance records.
• Schedule jobsite audits and prepare audit reports for individual jobsites, including follow-up on audit findings where required.
• Work closely with the Operations team to understand jobsite activities and ensure accurate costing and financial information.
• Ensure compliance with the Company’s accounting policies and applicable Singapore accounting and statutory requirements.
• Work independently and take ownership of assigned accounting and administrative responsibilities.
• Perform other ad-hoc accounting, administrative and operational duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in full set accounts, management accounts and financial reporting.
• Good knowledge of Singapore accounting and GST requirements.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Good analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Candidates with experience in job costing, site audit or service/cleaning industry operations will be an added advantage.
