Key Responsibilities

• Manage patient reception, registration, and documentation.
• Process and issue medications based on prescribed instructions.
• Provide courteous assistance to patients and respond to telephone enquiries.
• Organise consultation schedules and coordinate patient follow-up visits.
• Perform basic billing, payment collection, and financial record-keeping.
• Provide support to doctors during consultations and clinical procedures.
• Handle daily office administration and maintain accurate clinic records.
• Ensure the clinic environment remains clean, hygienic, and well-maintained.
• Monitor medical supplies and medication inventory to maintain adequate stock levels.
• Conduct routine inventory checks and undertake additional tasks as assigned by management.

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
