HUAT KOPITIAM is a new and exciting kopitiam concept focused on great food, quality drinks, friendly service, and a welcoming atmosphere.

We are looking for a responsible, energetic, and hands-on Outlet Supervisor to support our Outlet Manager and ensure smooth daily operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Outlet Manager in managing the daily operations of the outlet.
• Supervise and guide service crew and other outlet team members during daily operations.
• Ensure smooth and efficient service, especially during peak hours.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, portioning, presentation, and consistency.
• Ensure all staff follow company SOPs, hygiene standards, and food safety requirements.
• Assist with staff scheduling, attendance, deployment, and daily task assignments.
• Train and guide new staff on service standards, SOPs, and outlet procedures.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory checks and stock replenishment.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including outlet preparation and cleaning.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and minor complaints professionally.
• Assist with daily cash handling, POS operations, and basic sales reporting.
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and overall appearance of the outlet.
• Report operational issues, staff matters, stock shortages, and customer feedback to the Outlet Manager.
• Step in and assist different areas of the outlet when required.
• Lead by example and maintain a positive and professional working environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in restaurant, café, kopitiam, F&B, or hospitality is preferred.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in an F&B supervisory or senior crew role is an advantage.
• Fresh candidates with strong leadership potential may also be considered.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to supervise and motivate a team.
• Responsible, punctual, proactive, and reliable.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Good customer service attitude.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Must be willing to be hands-on and assist with outlet operations when needed.
