We are seekinga proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support and coordinate day-to-day operational activities, ensuring smooth business operations and efficient service delivery. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
• Monitor operational processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports, records, and documentation.
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
• Manage inventory, supplies, and procurement activities as required.
• Handle administrative duties, scheduling, and operational support functions.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to management.
• Be key person in implementing operational policies, procedures, and process improvements.
• Support project coordination and ensure deadlines are met.
• Address operational issues and recommend practical solutions.
• Attend to site issues or cover site visits if needed.

Requirements

• Diploma in any disciplines.
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience in operations, administration, or customer service.
• Fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work a 5.5 days work week.
