Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the beauty and aesthetics business.
- Manage staff scheduling, performance and service standards.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and customer experience.
- Monitor sales performance, operating costs and business targets.
- Manage customer relations and handle service-related matters.
- Coordinate staff training and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Support management in business development, marketing activities and expansion plans.
- Work closely with the management team on manpower planning and operational strategy.
- Relevant management or operations experience, preferably in the beauty, aesthetics, wellness or service industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Able to manage daily operations independently and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
