Management Trainee – Outlet Operations

About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious and responsible Management Trainee to join our MIXUE outlet team.

This role is suitable for someone who wants to build a career in F&B operations and leadership, with responsibilities beyond a normal service crew position.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily outlet operations and team supervision.
• Train and guide new staff on SOPs and work procedures.
• Ensure staff follow MIXUE SOPs and service standards.
• Assist with inventory management, stock ordering and receiving.
• Monitor cleanliness, product quality and overall outlet standards.
• Lead the team during assigned shifts.
• Communicate operational updates and issues directly to Management.
• Assist Management in implementing operational improvements and initiatives.
  

Requirements

• Previous F&B, retail or hospitality experience is an advantage.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, proactive and willing to learn.
• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Fresh graduates with strong leadership potential are encouraged to apply.
