Are you looking to kickstart your career in real estate sales and digital marketing? HomeCity Seremban is offering an exciting internship opportunity for motivated individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and succeed in the property industry!
No prior experience required! We provide complete step-by-step training and mentorship to guide you throughout your internship.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Assist potential buyers in understanding our property projects via phone calls, WhatsApp, and direct communication.
- Property Consultation: Identify customer needs and recommend suitable property options.
- Show Unit Visits: Arrange and host clients for show unit viewings.
- Content Creation: Visit project sites to capture photos and videos for promotional marketing (video editing assistance will be provided by our team).
- Team Collaboration: Support daily sales and marketing operations under mentorship.
Requirements
- Education: Currently pursuing or possessing a Diploma, Degree, or equivalent in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Willingness to learn, proactive mindset, and a strong work ethic.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in sales, real estate, and digital marketing.
- Open to candidates with no prior experience — Full training provided!
Working Hours
- Days: Tuesday – Sunday (Monday Off)
- Time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Lunch Break: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM
