Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including preparation, validation, review and reconciliation.
• Consolidate and validate payroll inputs from Local HR and relevant stakeholders.
• Review payroll registers and coordinate with payroll vendors on adjustments and corrections.
• Work closely with HR, Finance and external payroll vendors to ensure timely payroll payout.
• Manage statutory contributions, payments, tax-related requirements and payroll reporting.
• Prepare monthly and periodic payroll reconciliation reports.
• Handle payroll queries and tickets from employees and internal stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
• Support annual reporting, tax filings and other payroll-related projects or ad-hoc reporting.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of end-to-end payroll processing experience.
• Relevant experience in managing regional payroll operations across multiple markets
• Proven experience managing payroll for 500+ employees end-to-end.
• Strong knowledge of payroll statutory requirements, contributions, payments and tax-related matters.
• Experience managing payroll across two entities/markets is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work with internal teams and external payroll vendors.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, particularly VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Experience with Oracle MyHR is preferred.
• Experience with Payroll EDP or other payroll vendors will be an added advantage.
• BPO / payroll outsourcing / shared services experience is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
