C# / .NET DeveloperJob Summary

We are looking for a C# / .NET Developer to design, develop, test, and release software applications. The role will involve developing web-based solutions, building APIs, working with databases, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile development environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and release software applications using C# and .NET.
• Develop and maintain Web APIs and RESTful services.
• Implement data persistence using ORM, Entity Framework (EF), SQL, and/or NoSQL databases.
• Develop responsive web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Participate in software design, development, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Apply software engineering principles, design patterns, and clean coding practices.
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Participate in Agile/SCRUM development activities.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, containerized applications, centralized logging, and modern software development practices.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and continuously improve application performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Explore and apply Generative AI and AI-assisted development tools to improve software development productivity and quality.

Technical Requirements

Must Have:

• Hands-on experience with C# throughout the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and release.
• Strong experience with Web API and REST.
• Good knowledge of data persistence, with experience in at least one of:
• ORM / Entity Framework
• SQL
• NoSQL
• Good experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Good to Have:

• Experience with a recent version of .NET Core / .NET.
• Knowledge of software design principles and patterns such as SOLID, Gang of Four (GoF), DDD, and Clean Architecture.
• Experience working in an Agile/SCRUM environment.
• Knowledge of requirements analysis and gathering.
• Experience with Docker and/or Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, such as TFS, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
• Experience with centralized logging tools, such as Splunk.
• Experience working in a microservices architecture.
• Experience with Apache Kafka.
• Experience with React and/or Angular.
• Exposure to Generative AI and AI-assisted development tools.
