Safety Coordinator (Airport Construction)

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Singapore WSH regulations, airport safety requirements, and company procedures.
• Conduct daily safety inspections and identify workplace hazards.
• Monitor workers and subcontractors for compliance with RA, SWP, and PTW requirements.
• Conduct safety inductions, toolbox meetings, and site safety briefings.
• Monitor high-risk activities and ensure safe work practices within airport premises.
• Maintain WSH documentation, inspection reports, and safety records.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Support safety audits and coordinate with project and airport stakeholders.

Requirements

• WSQ Advanced Certificate in WSH with valid refresher certificate.
• Manage work at Height Certificate Must
• WAH Assessor and Risk Management certifications.
• Minimum 3 years’ construction safety experience; airport experience is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Singapore WSH regulations and safety procedures.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Class 3 Driving License is an advantage.
