Responsibilities
Receptionist
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist tenants, residents, guests, and visitors professionally.
Manage the reception counter and attend to enquiries, calls, emails, and feedback.
Coordinate and manage incoming deliveries and notify recipients upon arrival.
Register and verify visitors and control access to the premises.
Provide directions and assistance to visitors and guests.
Support the Management Office with general administrative duties.
Maintain a clean, neat, and welcoming reception area.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
