Job Description

• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the freight forwarding and logistics sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and account management.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure high service levels and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business plans for management review.
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain solutions.
• Mandrin Fluency Required
• Strong network of contacts and a demonstrated track record of bringing in new business revenue.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and drive business growth.
• Familiarity with international freight, shipping, and logistics services would be advantageous.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin and English to support business needs and engage with a diverse client base
