Job Description

Responsibilities

SME Retail Loan Admin Executive

To provide administrative, operational, and coordination support to the RSME Collection & Recovery team to ensure the smooth execution of collection, recovery, restructuring, and portfolio management activities. Support the management of SME retail loan restructuring cases, including customer follow-up, document collection, credit assessment support, case administration, reporting, and implementation of approved restructuring arrangements.


Key Responsibilities


  • Support recovery processes by administering litigation actions, filing Proofs of Debt (POD), tracking legal recovery cases, and facilitating the submission of eligible cases for write-off approval in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation for legal proceedings, including tracking and monitoring the progress of each proceeding.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, including Enterprise Singapore and solicitors to facilitate timely case resolution
  • Prepare periodic management reports, including monthly ESG portfolio reports and other reports required by Management.
  • Prepare post-mortem reviews on newly classified accounts, highlighting key drivers of default, lessons learned, and actionable recommendations
  • Assist in maintaining data accuracy, preparing reports, tracking cases, managing correspondence, and supporting regulatory and operational requirements
  • Manage and process SME retail loan restructuring cases.
  • Contact customers to obtain documents, discuss repayment arrangements, and follow up on commitments.
  • Review financial documents and assist in preparing credit assessments and restructuring proposals.
  • Implement approved restructuring arrangements and monitor case progress.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and customer information.
  • Perform KYC, due diligence checks, and related administrative tasks.
  • Support repayment reminder calls and collection activities on an ad hoc basis.
  • Assist with legal documentation, audits, compliance reviews, and ESG reporting.


Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Banking, Finance, Accountancy, Business, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in SME Banking, Credit, Loan Administration, Collections, Recovery, or Restructuring.
  • Good analytical, communication, and administrative skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Meticulous, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Strong written communication skills
