We're looking for an Operations & Programs Executive to support the smooth running of our daily operations. You'll work closely with management to oversee office operations and keep projects on schedule. This role suits an organised, detail-oriented person looking to build their career in operations within the tech industry.

What you'll do

• Oversee daily business and office operations
• Help plan, coordinate, and track programs, campaigns, and events
• Monitor program timelines and milestones, and report progress to management
• Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and vendors
• Handle emails, documentation, and trackers
• Follow up on tasks and deadlines, and help improve internal processes

What we're looking for

• Diploma or Degree in any field; a background in business or tech is a plus
• Experience with operations, project coordination, or program management. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Clear written and spoken communicaton in both English and Mandarin

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
