About the Role

We are seeking a Public Relations Manager to develop and execute communications and public relations initiatives that increase brand visibility, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and communicate the company's activities and achievements effectively.

The successful candidate will work closely with leadership and internal teams while managing relationships with media, external partners, agencies, and other relevant stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute public relations and corporate communications strategies.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with media representatives, journalists, partners, and relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare press releases, media statements, briefing materials, speeches, presentations, and other communications content.
• Coordinate media inquiries, interviews, press events, and other PR activities.
• Identify relevant media and communications opportunities that support business objectives.
• Monitor media coverage, public sentiment, and industry developments.
• Prepare regular PR reports and evaluate the effectiveness of communications campaigns.
• Manage external PR agencies, consultants, and service providers when required.
• Coordinate corporate announcements and internal communications with relevant teams.
• Support crisis and issues-management communications when required.
• Ensure communications materials are accurate, consistent, professional, and aligned with company messaging.
• Research industry trends and recommend opportunities to strengthen the company's reputation and visibility.
• Manage multiple communications projects, deadlines, and stakeholders effectively.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in public relations, corporate communications, media relations, marketing communications, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills.
• Good organizational and project-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and professional judgment.
• Good understanding of media relations, communications channels, and PR practices.
• Proficiency with standard office and communications tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing PR campaigns and communications strategies.
• Experience managing media relationships and press activities.
• Experience handling corporate communications or reputation-management projects.
• Experience working with PR agencies or external communications partners.
