We specialise in planning, executing and promoting events across shopping malls, large-scale exhibitions (such as Baby Expo, Cat Expo, Computer Expo and more), roadshows and street stations. Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and outgoing Event Promoters to join our team. You will represent various brands and organisations at events, engage with the public, promote products/services or charity causes, and help deliver successful on-ground activations.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent commercial brands and charity organisations at shopping mall events, large exhibitions, roadshows and street stations

• Engage with members of the public in a friendly and professional manner to promote products, services or fundraising/charity initiatives

• Set up, maintain and dismantle event booths or promotional displays

• Distribute promotional materials, samples or information leaflets

• Collect leads, feedback or donations as required

• Work closely with the project team to ensure smooth event execution

• Adapt quickly to different project themes and client requirements (commercial and charity)

Requirements

• Outgoing, positive and confident personality with strong communication skills

• Comfortable approaching and interacting with strangers in public settings

• Reliable, punctual and able to work flexible hours (including weekends and public holidays as needed)

• Willing to work at various locations across Hong Kong (shopping malls, exhibition venues and outdoor street stations)

• Ability to stand for long periods and handle light physical work (booth setup)

• Previous experience in event promotion, roadshow, sales or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory

• Fluent in Cantonese; basic English is preferred
