Job Description

Responsibilities

1. End-User IT Support Engineer – Tuas | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Headcount: 1
Salary: $2,700 - $2,900
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Employment Type: 1-Year Contract

2. End-User IT Support Engineer – Tuas | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Headcount: 1
Salary: $2,800 - $3,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Employment Type: 1-Year Contract

Job Summary

We are looking for an End-User IT Support Engineer to provide day-to-day IT support, manage end-user devices and assets, and ensure timely resolution of IT incidents and service requests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow Request, Incident and Problem Management processes.
  • Update and resolve assigned IT tickets within the required timelines.
  • Assess and apply appropriate resolutions based on the Knowledge Base.
  • Ensure all incidents and requests meet the stipulated SLAs.

Mobile Device Management

  • Deploy mobile devices such as phones and tablets to users.
  • Configure and manage corporate Mobile Device Management (MDM) software.
  • Troubleshoot mobile device-related issues.

Print Management

  • Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting for printers, copiers and label printers.
  • Coordinate with service providers for servicing, including toner and waste cartridge replacement.
  • Maintain toner inventory records.

Asset Management

  • Coordinate with authorised service providers for hardware repairs.
  • Test and prepare new machines using the company's latest OS image.
  • Perform asset tagging and update the asset database.
  • Support disk wiping and hardware disposal activities.

Other Support Assignments

  • Support ad-hoc IT projects and deployments.
  • Assist with meeting room management and IT support.
  • Provide on-site IT support at designated company premises when required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of continuous relevant experience in IT support.
  • Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical users, verbally and in writing.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
  • Basic understanding of network protocols.
  • Good understanding of web conferencing and mobility technologies.
  • Experience working in a GMP-validated environment will be an advantage.

3. End-User IT Support Engineer – Alexandra Point

Headcount: 1
Salary: $3,000 - $3,200
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:15 AM – 6:00 PM
Employment Type: 1-Year Contract

Job Summary
