- 8–15 years of relevant industry experience.
- Expertise in technical areas including RF, Power, Embedded, and Networking.
- Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Commitment to product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Self-motivated, hands-on team player with the ability to work independently.
- Proficient computer skills and experience with Design for Serviceability and Reliability.
