Job Responsibilities
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
Provide clerical and administrative support to Senior / HR Executive
Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
Compile and update employee records
Process documentation and prepare reports to respective personal
Work Pass administration work (Application, Issuance, Renewal, Replacement, Cancellation)
To partner with Learning & Development team for training registration
Ensure safety practices and housekeeping is to maintained as safe work procedure
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Minimum secondary school or Diploma level or equivalent with 2 years of relevant working experiences
Entry level candidates are encourage to apply
Proficient in Microsoft Office software such as Excel and Word
Good interpersonal skills, independent and positive working attitude
Experience in Construction field is an added advantage

5 days work week (Monday to Friday)
2-way transport between Clementi MRT station and Office
