Job Description
- Manage end-to-end delivery of technology projects within the Insurance sector.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements for project execution.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions where applicable.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve project objectives.
A Successful Project Manager Should Have
- Relevant qualifications in project management or a related field.
- Experience managing technology projects in the Insurance industry.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
