Responsibilities
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in software testing, with at least 3-6 years in the insurance domain.
- Strong knowledge of insurance workflows (policy administration, claims, underwriting, CRM).
- Hands-on experience with SIT/UAT cycles, defect management, and test documentation.
- Proficiency in SQL for database validation and experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaboration tools (Confluence, Trello).
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to simulate real-world customer journeys.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- ISTQB Certification or equivalent testing credentials.
- Exposure to insurance platforms such as Life Asia, Group Asia, TCS BANcS, or CRM systems.
