Responsible for assisting the DVC (Operations & Development) & Registrar with the day-to-day tasks on international students management.

Job description

• Provide visa-related advice to prospective students.
• Perform applications for new, renewal, and dependent applications through the available portals e.g. STARS by EMGS.
• In this capacity you will act as a Liaison with EMGS, Immigration, Ministry of Higher Education Assist with student visa applications, renewals, and immigration compliance
• Support admissions and enrollment processes for international applicants
• Organize orientation programs and cultural engagement activities
• Maintain accurate student records and ensure regulatory compliance
• Act as a liaison between students and internal departments.
• Handle student welfare concerns and provide appropriate referrals when needed.
• All other tasks assigned in relation to International Student Management.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent.
• Experience in International Students Management & Student Services
• Knowledge of immigration and visa regulations (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with diverse cultures and backgrounds
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to speak in foreign languages is an added advantage.
