We, Solomon HR, are excited to extend an invitation to the following talented individuals for a skin care and beauty retail client:
Location: Hong Kong.
Key Responsibilities
Assist to create and implement visual merchandising displays according to brand guidelines.
Design product layouts (windows, shelves, promotional areas, end caps) to drive customer engagement.
Maintain store presentation standards, including cleanliness, labeling, and product facing.
Coordinate with the store manager and sales team to ensure displays align with promotions and campaigns.
Plan and execute seasonal campaigns and new collection setups.
Ensure inventory availability for displays (replenish and adjust as needed).
Support the setup and breakdown of special displays during events.
Requirements / Qualifications
Bachelor Degree holder with related experience in Visual Merchandising (or similar retail/design role).
Good creativity and attention to detail.
Knowledge of retail merchandising principles and display best practices.
Good organization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
