About Us & The Role:

We are a licensed HK TCSP providing full Trust, Custodian, and Advisory services to corporate and HNW clients.

We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Accountantto join our Finance team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing daily custodian accounting, reconciliations, and financial operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Custodian Accounting: Process daily cash and asset transactions for client custodial accounts and trust structures.
  • Reconciliations: Perform daily and monthly bank, asset, and custodian ledger reconciliations.
  • Financial Operations: Handle accounts payable/receivable, prepare payment vouchers, and maintain general ledgers.
  • Compliance Support: Assist with audit schedules, tax filings, and internal controls aligned with HKTCSP regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; CPA qualified (or equivalent).
  • At Least 5 years of relevant accounting experience; exposure to trust, custody, or corporate services (TCSP) &/or Big 4 is an advantage.
  • Experience with digital assets.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in wealth management and asset management sectors.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus).
  • Proficient in MS Excel and computerized accounting system.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently while demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
