Join AFYAA as an Online Sales Executive and learn how to handle customers, recommend products, close sales and even grow your sales through TikTok & Facebook Live.

What You’ll Do

• Handle customer enquiries and sales conversations via WhatsApp.
• Recommend suitable products based on customers’ needs.
• Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
• Host TikTok & Facebook Live sessions to promote products and drive sales.
• Use AI tools to improve customer communication, follow-ups and productivity.
• Track sales and follow up with customers to achieve sales targets.

Who We’re Looking For

• Minimum Diploma, Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Comfortable communicating with customers through WhatsApp and social media.
• Confident speaking in front of a camera or willing to learn Live Hosting.
• Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Positive, proactive and sales-driven.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
