EC Healthcare Hiring! Full Time Senior Multimedia Designer in Hong Kong - Ricebowl

Digioo is a digital marketing agency under our Group. We are now looking for a Senior Multimedia Designer with a strong artistic sense and excellent proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects and Premiere Pro. The ideal candidate should also be skilled in digital drawing and able to leverage AI tools to create high-quality graphics and videos efficiently. You should be capable of managing projects independently, while communicating professionally and negotiating tactfully with internal teams and stakeholders.

The Role & Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and deliver high-quality, end-to-end creative solutions across digital platforms (websites, landing pages, social media, video, eDMs) and occasional offline campaigns within project timelines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally, especially with Content Marketing, to brainstorm and execute engaging visual storytelling and social media campaigns aligned with client and brand guidelines, with occasional direct client communication for individual projects.

What We're Looking For

• Degree or Diploma in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Web Design, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant project management and design experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency or design firm (promising fresh graduates with strong portfolios will also be considered).
• Expertise in creative tools including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Firefly.
• Strong artistic sensibility with proficient digital drawing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage modern AI tools to streamline workflows (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, Grok, Midjourney, HeyGen, Doubao, Kling, etc.).
• High stress tolerance with a positive mindset, capable of managing tight deadlines and evolving client requirements effectively.
• Familiarity with UX/UI design, CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Wix), or front-end web development is a plus.
• Deeply familiar with social media platforms and emerging digital design trends.
