Overall Accountability:

• To ensure proper and on time submission of reports from car park to Finance/Admin Department
• Overall accountability of the daily collection from the Auto pays Machines (APS) and cashier booths. In additional to ensure sufficient float for the daily car park operation.

Overall responsibilities:

• Carry out daily skimming and top up of the APS equipment's.
• To ensure the daily collection is properly accounted and bank in.
• To submit the daily collections and back up report to Finance Department.
• Prepare the manpower distribution schedule in the form of time table to suit car park needs.
• Auditing tickets, journal paper or manual tickets. Carry out spot checks on regular basis.
• To ensure traffic controllers are strategically positioned during peak exit and entry hours to quickly disperse any traffic congestion in the car park.
• To prepare weekly staff duty roster and update all others report to Car park Manager if any issue.
• Recruit, train, discipline, and evaluate the recommendations of the Executive in relation to their down line staff.

General:

• Train car park cashiers and supervisors of their individual and collective duties and responsibilities.
• Review all the relevant reports from Car park system and season credit controller and discuss with Car Park Manager for improvement.
• Review actual revenues and expenses to budget each month and research variances. Negative variances to budget should be justified and highlighted to to the Car Park Manager immediately.
• To supervise and monitor staff when doing skimming from auto pay machine.
• To ensure that the monthly inventory is carried out and reported to the head of Department and Finance Department.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
