The Senior Manager, Business Transformation & Strategic Enablement will lead and coordinate change initiatives across the Global Transformation function, driving process improvements that span multiple markets including Singapore, Taiwan, Malaysia, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, the US, and Europe. You will develop and execute communication and training plans, monitor progress, gather stakeholder feedback, and adapt approaches to keep initiatives on track. Working across diverse teams and functions, you will translate the bigger picture into clear, compelling narratives that build confidence and commitment throughout the change journey.

This role will be based in Singapore Office.

Your Role:

• Lead and support global change initiatives based on project scope and assignments, driving transformations that streamline how we work across countries such as Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, China, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea, US and Europe to improve process smoothness and efficiency.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure our transformation is seamless and successful.
• Monitor progress, gather feedback, and adapt strategies to keep us moving forward.
• Develop and contribute to engaging communication and training plans to keep everyone informed and confident throughout the change.
Inspire and motivate colleagues to embrace change by communicating the bigger picture and benefits.

Who You Are:

• Have at least 10 years of relevant working experience.
• Hold a Master's degree or equivalent.
• Strong Project Management experience, PMP or Agile certification is preferred.
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system implementations or similar large-scale technology-enabled transformation projects is an advantage.
• Good understanding of operations and / or finance processes within company and related network into the organizations.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with people at all levels.
• Team player who’s eager to learn and take on new challenges.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages spoken across the APAC region is a plus.
